Details
The body is a clear glass column with a sealed bottom. The listed size is 1.9 by 1.9 by 7.9 in (4.7 by 4.7 by 20 cm). The metal top has a hollow cup for cones and a tapered clamp for sticks 0.04 to 0.1 in (1 to 2.5 mm) thick. The parts come apart for emptying the ash. It needs no electricity.
A backflow cone has a hollow center. On the hollow metal cup, its smoke is drawn down and drifts inside the glass instead of rising. A stick hangs tip down from the clamp, so its ash drops straight into the glass.
How to use
Set the holder on a flat, heat resistant surface away from drafts. For a cone, light it, blow out the flame so it glows, and set it on the metal cup. For a stick, light the tip and blow it out, then push the bare end into the center clamp so the stick hangs tip down. Empty the ash once it is cold.
