It stops when the water runs out. The Classic styles have one knob. The Pro styles add a display, timer and humidity buttons and a remote. Both come in white or black.
A small plate vibrates very fast and breaks the water into a fine, cool mist, with nothing heated. The mist leaves through the top and carries any added oil with it.
How to use
Fill the tank with clean water and add a few drops of essential oil. Plug it in and turn the knob or press power. On the Pro styles, set the mist and timer by button or remote.

Does an ultrasonic diffuser use heat?
No, nothing is heated. A small plate vibrates fast enough to turn water and a few drops of oil into a cool mist, so the scent leaves without heat and the piece stays cool.
Which oils can I use in it?
Any of the twenty House of Dusk oils. They come in 10 ml bottles of essential oil, and you can see every one in the oil collection. Water goes in first, then the oil, and the mist carries the scent out.

How do I clean an ultrasonic diffuser?
